PRICING
Initial Consultation Fee
$250 (credited back to the project upon contract signing)
Design Fee
Billed hourly at a rate of $150 - $225/hour, or as a flat fee based on the scope of work.
Procurement Fee
15% - 25% of the total FF&E budget, depending on the project size.
Virtual Design Package
Perfect for clients who are comfortable with a DIY approach but need professional guidance and a clear design plan. This service is handled entirely online.

Per Room
Starting at $1,200 per room (e.g., Living Room, Bedroom). Open-concept spaces (e.g., Living/Dining combo) are priced as two rooms.
