PRICING
Initial Consultation Fee
$500 (credited back to the project upon contract signing)
Design Fee
Quoted as a flat fee based on square footage and project complexity, or as a percentage of the total construction cost (typically 10% - 15%).
Procurement Fee
15% - 20% of the total FF&E budget.
Commercial Refresh
or Staging
A focused service for businesses needing a quick update, redesign of a specific area, or staging a space for a new tenant or sale.

PRICING
Flat Fee
Starting at $2,500, with final pricing dependent on the scope of the refresh.
This does not include the cost of new furniture or materials.
Additional Services
Hourly Consultation: $200/hour for design advice, material selection guidance, or a walkthrough of a space.
Renderings & 3D Visualization: Starting at $750 per rendering.
Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Design: Pricing available upon request.
Exterior Design Consultation: Available for specific projects.
